Extremely clean. Fabulous breakfast and dinner. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The view from our one room suite was lovely.

Pool is great. Spaciousness of rooms and bathroom. Helpful staff all round, from lifeguards to reception staff and porters. Proximity to Mall to buy food / grocery / any incidentals. Cafe on site served nice coffee. Air quality seemed good (tested it) in room, even though it seemed a unified / through hotel air con system which I originally doubted. Had water front view room and amazing night view / skyline.

From the first seconds entering the hotel, for a 10 days stay in your hotel to the check out with organizing shuttle to the airport Your hotel and people did fantastic job. From the valet parking service, receptions, cleaners, waiters at the restaurant, guards next to the pool, …. We had room to Creek side and Burj Khalifa and it was great to upgrade rooms as we had everyday fireworks from our window Everyone was helpful and so polite and my family was feeling like a royals. It was 5 of us, 5th was a baby Petar 10months old and he was treated like a king. I need to specially say thanks to Atif - waiter at restaurant Mahmoud - waiter WINT- Peter’s friend Shameem Bhwana The chef in the kitchen who was on preparing fresh pastas for dinner Vivek Atif Selim assistant manager Huge shoutout to all team of Crowne plaza and bigger thanks.
