Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City

Room had a fantastic view. Facilities and restaurants, including views and meal options, were exceptional. Staff were amazing. All aspects exceeded my expectations.

It was beautiful and having access to the intercontinental hotel aswell is fab

From the first seconds entering the hotel, for a 10 days stay in your hotel to the check out with organizing shuttle to the airport Your hotel and people did fantastic job. From the valet parking service, receptions, cleaners, waiters at the restaurant, guards next to the pool, …. We had room to Creek side and Burj Khalifa and it was great to upgrade rooms as we had everyday fireworks from our window Everyone was helpful and so polite and my family was feeling like a royals. It was 5 of us, 5th was a baby Petar 10months old and he was treated like a king.
